- 2 tomatoes (pureed)
- 2 tbsp oil or ghee
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 green chilies (slit)
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup green peas (optional)
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Mix in the Spices:
Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, and cinnamon powder.
