- 500 gm prawns (cleaned and deveined)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Marinate the Prawns:
In a mixing bowl, marinate the prawns with lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt.
Set aside for 15 minutes.
Add the Prawns:
Add the marinated prawns to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes, or until they turn pink and are cooked through.
Add garam masala and stir well to combine.
