Ingredients
  

  • 500g Brussels sprouts (halved)
  • 2 tbsp oil or ghee
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp red chili powder (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Optional: Toasted almonds or shredded coconut for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil or ghee in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add cumin seeds and let them crackle for a few seconds.
  • Toss in the halved Brussels sprouts and sauté for 8-10 minutes until browned and crispy.
  • Add coriander, turmeric, chili powder, and salt. Mix well to coat the sprouts evenly.
  • Lower the heat and cook for 5 more minutes until the sprouts are tender.
  • Sprinkle garam masala and stir gently. Remove from heat.
  • Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice.
  • Optional: Garnish with toasted almonds or shredded coconut.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
