- 500g Brussels sprouts (halved)
- 2 tbsp oil or ghee
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp red chili powder (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Optional: Toasted almonds or shredded coconut for garnish
Heat oil or ghee in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add cumin seeds and let them crackle for a few seconds.
Toss in the halved Brussels sprouts and sauté for 8-10 minutes until browned and crispy.
Add coriander, turmeric, chili powder, and salt. Mix well to coat the sprouts evenly.
