Ingredients
  

Ingredients for Base:

  • 10 phyllo sheets or papdi
  • Oil or ghee for brushing

Ingredients for Filling:

  • 3 medium boiled potatoes diced
  • 1/2 cup green peas
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1- inch ginger grated
  • 2 green chilies finely chopped
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp amchur dry mango powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions
 

  • Prepare crispy base by baking phyllo sheets or papdi.
  • Cook filling using potatoes, peas, and spices.
  • Assemble layers with crispy base, filling, chutneys, yogurt, and garnishes.
