- 1/4 cup cornflour
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion (diced)
- 1 green bell pepper (diced)
- 2 green chilies (slit)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Fresh spring onions for garnish
Sauté Vegetables:
In the same pan, add onions, bell peppers, and green chilies.
Stir-fry on high heat for 2-3 minutes to retain crunch.
Prepare the Sauce:
Add soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
Mix well and cook for 1 minute.
Combine Paneer with Sauce:
- Variation: Use tofu instead of paneer for a vegan version.
