Ingredients for Milk Tea Syrup
- 1/2 cup strong black tea brewed
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 cup evaporated or condensed milk
Cook tapioca pearls and sweeten with brown sugar.
Prepare the milk tea syrup by combining tea, sugar, and milk.
