Ingredients for Boba Pearls

  • 1/2 cup tapioca pearls
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

Ingredients for Milk Tea Syrup

  • 1/2 cup strong black tea brewed
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup evaporated or condensed milk

Instructions
 

  • Cook tapioca pearls and sweeten with brown sugar.
  • Prepare the milk tea syrup by combining tea, sugar, and milk.
  • Make pancake batter and cook pancakes until golden brown.
  • Stack pancakes, drizzle with syrup, and top with boba pearls.
