Ingredients
  

  • 12 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 6 slices of bacon, cut in half

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Slice the dates lengthwise, removing the pits.
  • Stuff each date with about a teaspoon of cheese. Add an almond if desired.
  • Wrap each stuffed date with half a slice of bacon and secure it with a toothpick.
  • Place the dates on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
