Instructions
Prepare the dough by mixing flour, salt, and oil; knead into a firm dough.
Cook the filling with mashed potatoes, peas, and spices until well combined.
Shape samosas using dough cones filled with the prepared mixture.
Air-fry at 180°C (350°F) for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
Notes
For spicier samosas, add extra green chilies or red chili powder.
Store leftover samosas in an airtight container and reheat in the air fryer for 3-4 minutes.
