Ingredients
  

Ingredients for Dough

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp oil or ghee
  • Water as needed

Ingredients for Filling

  • 3 medium boiled potatoes mashed
  • 1/2 cup green peas
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1- inch ginger grated
  • 2 green chilies finely chopped
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp amchur dry mango powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the dough by mixing flour, salt, and oil; knead into a firm dough.
  • Cook the filling with mashed potatoes, peas, and spices until well combined.
  • Shape samosas using dough cones filled with the prepared mixture.
  • Air-fry at 180°C (350°F) for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.

Notes

  • For spicier samosas, add extra green chilies or red chili powder.
  • Store leftover samosas in an airtight container and reheat in the air fryer for 3-4 minutes.
