- 3 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced

- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a shallow baking dish with olive oil.
Sauté the onions: Heat a small amount of olive oil in a pan, and sauté the onions and garlic for 5 minutes until soft and fragrant. Spread the onion mixture evenly at the bottom of the baking dish.
