Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices bread
  • 1 tomato (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cucumber (thinly sliced)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 1/4 tsp chat masala
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Optional: green chutney, mayonnaise

Instructions
 

Prepare the Ingredients:

  • Slice the tomatoes, cucumber, and onions thinly.

Butter the Bread:

  • Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.

Assemble the Sandwich:

  • On two slices of bread, place the vegetables.
  • Sprinkle salt, chat masala, and black pepper on top.

Add the Toppings:

  • Spread green chutney or mayonnaise if desired.
  • Cover with the remaining bread slices, buttered side facing outward.

Grill or Serve Fresh:

  • Heat a griddle or sandwich maker and toast the sandwich until golden brown.
  • Serve immediately with ketchup or green chutney.

  • Storage: Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored for 2-3 hours if wrapped properly.
