- 2 parathas or rotis
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 1 carrot (julienned)
- 1/2 bell pepper (sliced)
- 1/4 cup cabbage (shredded)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/4 red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- Ketchup or mint chutney (for serving)
Prepare the Filling
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add onions, carrots, bell peppers, and cabbage. Sauté for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
Add red chili powder, salt, and chaat masala. Mix well and remove from heat.
Assemble the Roll
Place the vegetable filling on the paratha.
Add a drizzle of ketchup or mint chutney.
Roll the paratha tightly to form a wrap.
