- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 cup bell pepper (green, red, or yellow), chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Kolhapuri masala or garam masala
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp fresh grated coconut (optional)
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
