Ingredients
  

Ingredients for Ugadi Pachadi

  • 1 small raw mango finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp neem flowers fresh or dried
  • 2 tbsp tamarind pulp
  • 2 tbsp jaggery grated
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 green chilies finely chopped
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Soak and extract tamarind pulp, and mix with jaggery until dissolved.
  • Add raw mango, neem flowers, green chilies, and salt. Stir well.
  • Adjust water for desired consistency and balance flavors.

Notes

  • Store Ugadi Pachadi in the refrigerator for up to a day.
  • For a less spicy version, reduce the number of green chilies.
  • Ensure the neem flowers are fresh or properly dried for authenticity.
