Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup coriander powder
  • 1/2 cup ghee
  • 3/4 cup sugar or boora
  • 1/4 cup almonds chopped
  • 1/4 cup cashews chopped
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 2 tbsp edible gum gond
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

Instructions
 

  • Dry roast coriander powder on low flame until aromatic. Set aside.
  • Dry roast desiccated coconut lightly and keep aside.
  • Heat ghee and fry edible gum until puffed. Remove and crush.
  • In the same ghee, fry almonds, cashews, and raisins until golden. Set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine roasted coriander powder, desiccated coconut, fried dry fruits, and crushed edible gum.
  • Add sugar or boora to the mixture and mix well.
  • Gradually add warm ghee while stirring to bind the mixture.
  • Sprinkle cardamom powder and mix thoroughly.

  • Use high-quality ghee for an authentic taste.
  • Adjust sugar as per preference for sweetness.
