- 1 cup coriander powder
- 1/2 cup ghee
- 3/4 cup sugar or boora
- 1/4 cup almonds chopped
- 1/4 cup cashews chopped
- 2 tbsp raisins
- 2 tbsp edible gum gond
- 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Dry roast coriander powder on low flame until aromatic. Set aside.
Dry roast desiccated coconut lightly and keep aside.
Heat ghee and fry edible gum until puffed. Remove and crush.
In the same ghee, fry almonds, cashews, and raisins until golden. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine roasted coriander powder, desiccated coconut, fried dry fruits, and crushed edible gum.
Add sugar or boora to the mixture and mix well.
Gradually add warm ghee while stirring to bind the mixture.
Sprinkle cardamom powder and mix thoroughly.
