- 1/4 cup chickpea flour (besan)
- 1/4 cup wheat flour
- 1/4 cup millet flour (optional)
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 green chili, finely chopped
- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Oil or ghee for cooking
In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, chickpea flour, wheat flour, and millet flour.
Add chopped onion, cumin seeds, coriander powder, green chili, and coriander leaves.
Season with salt, then mix well to form a dough. Add a little water if needed.
Divide the dough into small balls. Press each ball onto a tava, shaping it into a flat, round disc.
Drizzle some oil or ghee around the edges, and cook on medium heat until golden and crisp on both sides.
Serve hot with yogurt, pickle, or a side of butter.
