- 300 gm paneer (cubed)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 green bell pepper (cut into strips)
- 2 tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Cook the Veggies:
Add sliced onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute.
Add bell pepper strips and cook for 2-3 minutes, keeping them slightly crisp.
Add the Spices and Tomatoes:
Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt.
Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the oil separates from the masala.
Finish and Serve:
Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
Serve hot with roti, naan, or steamed rice.
