Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sprouted beans (moong, chickpeas, or lentils)
  • 1 cucumber (chopped)
  • 1 tomato (chopped)
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 1 green chili (optional, chopped)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp black salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare the Vegetables:

  • Chop cucumber, tomato, onion, and green chili (if using).

Combine Ingredients:

  • In a bowl, add the sprouted beans and chopped vegetables.

Add Seasoning:

  • Sprinkle black salt and black pepper over the salad.

Add Lemon Juice:

  • Drizzle lemon juice and mix well to coat everything evenly.

Garnish and Serve:

  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  • Serve immediately or chill for 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Variation: Add boiled corn or pomegranate seeds for extra sweetness.
