Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sabudana (tapioca pearls)
  • 2 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • ½ cup roasted peanuts, crushed
  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (optional)
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions
 

  • Soak Sabudana: Rinse the sabudana thoroughly and soak them in water for 4-6 hours or until soft.
  • Prepare the Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the soaked sabudana, mashed potatoes, crushed peanuts, chopped green chilies, cumin seeds, salt, and coriander leaves.
  • Shape the Wadas: Mix well and form the mixture into medium-sized patties or wadas.
  • Heat Oil: In a frying pan, heat oil on medium flame.
  • Fry the Wadas: Carefully place the wadas in the hot oil and fry them until they turn golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes per batch.
  • Serve: Remove with a slotted spoon, drain on paper towels, and serve hot with yogurt or green chutney.
