  • 6-8 rasmalai pieces with syrup

  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cup custard optional
  • 2 tbsp chopped nuts pistachios and almonds
  • Rose petals optional
  • A pinch of saffron strands soaked in milk

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the components: cube the cake, slice rasmalai, whip cream, and prepare custard if using.
  • Layer the trifle starting with cake, followed by rasmalai, whipped cream, and repeat.
  • Garnish with nuts, saffron, and rose petals. Chill for 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Use store-bought components for convenience.
  • Adjust sweetness levels by reducing syrup or adding less sugar to whipped cream.
  • Experiment with flavors by adding fruit layers or flavored custard.
