- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 2 eggs
- 500g ground beef or chicken
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 leaves of lettuce
- 4 slices of cheese (optional)
- Scallions and sesame seeds for garnish
- Teriyaki or hoisin sauce for drizzling
Prepare the ramen buns: Boil the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and mix with 1 beaten egg. Divide the noodles into 4 portions and shape into patties. Press down with a molding ring for consistency. Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Cook the ramen buns: Heat a frying pan over medium heat with a little oil. Fry the ramen patties until golden and crispy on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side. Set aside.
Prepare the burger patties: In a bowl, mix the ground beef or chicken with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 equal-sized patties.
