Ingredients
  

Ingredients for Rabri

  • 1 liter full-fat milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • A pinch of saffron strands
  • 2 tbsp chopped pistachios and almonds

Ingredients for Tiramisu Layers

  • 200 g ladyfinger biscuits savoiardi
  • 1 cup strong black coffee cooled
  • 250 g mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the rabri by reducing milk and adding sugar, cardamom, and saffron.
  • Beat mascarpone, cream, sugar, and vanilla into a fluffy mixture.
  • Layer coffee-dipped ladyfingers and mascarpone-rabri mix in a dish.
  • Refrigerate and garnish with cocoa powder and nuts before serving.

Notes

  • Ensure the coffee is cooled before dipping the biscuits.
  • Adjust sugar levels based on personal preference.
  • Garnish creatively for a festive look.
