Ingredients for Rabri
- 1 liter full-fat milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- A pinch of saffron strands
- 2 tbsp chopped pistachios and almonds
Ingredients for Tiramisu Layers
- 200 g ladyfinger biscuits savoiardi
- 1 cup strong black coffee cooled
- 250 g mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Prepare the rabri by reducing milk and adding sugar, cardamom, and saffron.
Beat mascarpone, cream, sugar, and vanilla into a fluffy mixture.
Layer coffee-dipped ladyfingers and mascarpone-rabri mix in a dish.
Refrigerate and garnish with cocoa powder and nuts before serving.
