Pasta Chips
A crispy, cheesy snack made from cooked pasta, seasoned and baked or air-fried to perfection.

- 2 cups pasta penne, rigatoni, or bowtie
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp red chili flakes optional
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Cook pasta until al dente and pat dry.
Toss with olive oil, cheese, and seasonings.
Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 15-20 minutes or air-fry at 180°C (350°F) for 10-12 minutes.
Serve with your favorite dips and enjoy.
