Pasta Chips

A crispy, cheesy snack made from cooked pasta, seasoned and baked or air-fried to perfection.

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet or air fryer
  • Parchment paper (if baking)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups pasta penne, rigatoni, or bowtie
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp red chili flakes optional
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta until al dente and pat dry.
  • Toss with olive oil, cheese, and seasonings.
  • Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 15-20 minutes or air-fry at 180°C (350°F) for 10-12 minutes.
  • Serve with your favorite dips and enjoy.

Notes

  • Adjust seasoning to suit your taste.
  • Store leftover chips in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
  • Experiment with different cheeses or spices for unique flavor combinations.
