Ingredients
  

  • 200 gm paneer (crumbled)
  • 2 tbsp oil or butter
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tomato (chopped)
  • 1 green chili (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

Sauté the Onions:

  • Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  • Once they splutter, add onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add Tomatoes and Spices:

  • Add chopped tomatoes, green chili, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  • Cook until the tomatoes become soft and the spices are well blended.

Add the Paneer:

  • Add crumbled paneer and mix well.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Garnish and Serve:

  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot with roti, paratha, or bread.
