- 1 bottle of red wine (750ml)
- 1 orange, sliced
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 4 cloves
- 2 star anise
- 1/4 cup honey or sugar
- 1/4 cup brandy (optional)
- Fresh orange slices and cinnamon sticks for garnish
In a saucepan, pour the red wine and add sliced oranges, cinnamon sticks, cloves, and star anise.
