Ingredients
  

Momo Filling:

  • 1 cup ground chicken or tofu (for vegetarian)
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 1/4 cup grated carrots
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

Momo Dough:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup water (as needed)
  • Pinch of salt

Burger:

  • 4 burger buns
  • Slices of tomato, lettuce, and cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon spicy chili sauce (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Dough
    Mix flour and salt in a bowl, gradually adding water until it forms a soft dough. Knead for 5 minutes and let it rest.
  • Make the Momo Filling
    In a bowl, mix ground chicken or tofu, cabbage, carrots, onions, garlic, salt, pepper, and soy sauce.
  • Shape and Steam the Momos
    Roll the dough thin, cut into circles, and add a spoonful of filling. Fold and seal each momo, then steam for 10 minutes until fully cooked.
  • Assemble the Burger
    Toast the burger buns, spread mayonnaise on the bottom, and layer with steamed momos, sliced tomato, lettuce, cucumber, and chili sauce. Top with the other half of the bun.
  • Serve and Enjoy
    Serve the Momo Burger warm, optionally with extra chili sauce on the side.
