- 1 liter full-fat milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp fresh yogurt
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder optional
Heat milk in a pan and reduce it to half the volume.
Caramelize sugar in a separate pan and mix it into the milk.
Let the milk cool to lukewarm, then add yogurt and mix.
Pour the mixture into pots and allow it to set in a warm place for 6-8 hours.
Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
