- 1 cup Greek yogurt or plain thick yogurt
- 1/2 cup chilled milk
- 1 tsp matcha powder sifted
- 1-2 tbsp honey or sugar
- A pinch of cardamom powder optional
- 4-5 ice cubes
- Mint leaves for garnish optional
Mix matcha powder with warm water until smooth.
Blend yogurt, milk, sweetener, cardamom powder, ice, and prepared matcha until frothy.
Pour into glasses, garnish, and serve chilled.
