Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or plain thick yogurt
  • 1/2 cup chilled milk
  • 1 tsp matcha powder sifted
  • 1-2 tbsp honey or sugar
  • A pinch of cardamom powder optional
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • Mint leaves for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix matcha powder with warm water until smooth.
  • Blend yogurt, milk, sweetener, cardamom powder, ice, and prepared matcha until frothy.
  • Pour into glasses, garnish, and serve chilled.

Notes

  • Use plant-based yogurt and milk for a vegan version.
  • Adjust matcha quantity for a stronger or milder flavor.
  • Best enjoyed fresh and chilled.
