Ingredients
For Masala:

Salt to taste

For Pav:

butter
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
Prepare the Masala:
Heat butter in a pan and add cumin seeds.
Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add tomatoes, green chilies, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
Cook the masala until the oil separates.
Toast the Pav:
Slice the pav buns in half.
Heat butter on the tawa and toast the pav buns until golden and crisp.
Assemble the Masala Pav:
Spread the prepared masala on the toasted pav.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Serve Hot:
Serve with lemon wedges for an extra tangy twist.
Notes
Variation
: Add grated cheese on top for a cheesy masala pav.
Storage
: Best enjoyed fresh, but the masala can be stored for up to 2 days.
