  • 2 lemons juice and zest
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for about 7-8 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and an extra squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
