Ingredients
  

  • 200 gm hakka noodles
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 cup cabbage shredded
  • 2-3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • salt to taste
  • green onions for garnish

Instructions
 

  • 1. Cook the Noodles: Boil the Hakka noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to prevent sticking. Toss with a little oil and set aside.
    2. Heat the Wok: Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
    3. Stir-Fry Vegetables: Add sliced onions, bell pepper, carrot, and cabbage. Stir-fry on high heat for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender but still crisp.
    4. Add the Noodles: Toss the cooked Hakka noodles into the wok and stir-fry with the vegetables.
    5. Season: Add soy sauce, vinegar, chili sauce, black pepper, and salt to taste. Stir everything together to coat the noodles in the sauce evenly.
    6. Finish with Sesame Oil: Drizzle sesame oil over the noodles and give everything one last toss.
    7. Serve: Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
