- 500 gm fish fillets (cut into chunks)
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Marinate the Fish:
In a large mixing bowl, add yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt.
Mix well to form a smooth marinade.
Add the fish chunks and coat them well with the marinade. Let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Prepare the Skewers:
Preheat the grill or oven to 200°C (400°F).
Thread the marinated fish onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
Cook the Fish Tikka:
Place the skewers on the grill or in the oven and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the fish is cooked through and slightly charred.
Brush with oil during cooking to keep the fish moist.
