Ingredients
  

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1 tomato (chopped)
  • 2 green chilies (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp oil or butter
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Whisk the Eggs:

  • In a bowl, whisk the eggs until light and fluffy.

Sauté the Vegetables:

  • Heat oil or butter in a pan.
  • Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  • Add onions and green chilies, sauté until onions are golden brown.
  • Add tomatoes and cook until soft.

Add Spices and Eggs:

  • Sprinkle turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt.
  • Pour the whisked eggs into the pan and cook on low heat.

Scramble the Eggs:

  • Stir continuously to scramble the eggs.
  • Cook until the eggs are just set but still soft.

Garnish and Serve:

  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot with toast, paratha, or rice.

Notes

  • Variation: Add bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
  • Storage: Best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be refrigerated for up to a day.
