Ingredients
  

  • 500gn gm fish fillets
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup rice flour or cornflour
  • Oil for frying
  • Fresh lemon wedges for garnish

Instructions
 

Marinate the Fish:

  • In a bowl, combine fish fillets, lemon juice, turmeric, red chili powder, cumin, and salt.
  • Let the fish marinate for 15 minutes.

Coat the Fish:

  • Coat each marinated fish fillet with rice flour or cornflour.

Heat the Oil:

  • Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Fry the Fish:

  • Fry the coated fish fillets until golden brown on both sides.
  • Transfer to paper towels to drain excess oil.

Serve:

  • Serve hot with lemon wedges and your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Variation: Try adding breadcrumbs for an extra crunch.
