Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups dosa batter (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup cup grated cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 2 tsp butter or oil
  • Optional: chopped green chilies, coriander leaves

Instructions
 

Prepare the Pan:

  • Heat a non-stick pan or tawa on medium heat. Grease lightly with butter or oil.

Spread the Batter:

  • Pour a ladleful of dosa batter onto the pan and spread it thin in a circular motion.

Add Cheese and Cook:

  • Sprinkle grated cheese evenly over the dosa.
  • Add chopped green chilies or coriander leaves for extra flavor (optional).
  • Drizzle a little butter around the edges.

Fold and Serve:

  • When the dosa turns golden and crisp, fold it in half.
  • Serve hot with coconut chutney or sambar.
