Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp activated charcoal powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup water approx.
  • Ghee or butter optional, for brushing

Instructions
 

  • Mix flour, activated charcoal, and salt. Gradually add water to knead into a soft dough.
  • Rest the dough for 20-30 minutes.
  • Roll out into thin rotis and cook on a tawa until puffed and golden.
  • Brush with ghee if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Store leftover dough in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
  • Adjust water quantity based on the flour’s absorption capacity.
  • Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.
