Ingredients
  

  • 1 large head of cauliflower (about 4 cups grated)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Optional: Pizza sauce, toppings of choice (vegetables, cheese, pepperoni)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Grate the cauliflower and microwave it for 4-5 minutes until soft.
  • Allow the cauliflower to cool, then place it in a kitchen towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
  • In a bowl, combine the cauliflower, egg, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, and salt. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet and shape it into a pizza crust about ¼-inch thick.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and crisp around the edges.
  • Remove from the oven, add your desired toppings, and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
