Ingredients
  

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust or dough
  • 2 cups cooked butter chicken (recipe below or store-bought)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup butter chicken sauce
  • 1 tbsp cream
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Butter Chicken (for topping):

  • 200g boneless chicken, cubed
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup tomato puree
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 1/2 tsp kasoori methi (dried fenugreek leaves)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Butter Chicken:
    Marinate the chicken in yogurt, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, chili powder, and salt for at least 2 hours.
    Heat butter in a saucepan, cook the chicken until golden brown. Add tomato puree and cook for 10 minutes.
    Stir in the cream and kasoori methi. Set aside.
  • Preheat the Oven:
    Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while preheating.
  • Assemble the Pizza:
    Roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness and spread a layer of butter chicken sauce on top.
    Add a generous amount of butter chicken pieces, followed by sliced onions and bell peppers.
    Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over the toppings.
  • Bake the Pizza:
    Place the pizza on the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet.
    Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Finish and Serve:
    Drizzle a little cream over the pizza, and garnish with fresh cilantro. Slice and serve hot.

Notes

  • For an extra smoky flavor, grill the chicken on high heat before adding it to the sauce.
  • Use whole wheat pizza dough for a healthier option.
