Prepare the Batter:
In a mixing bowl, add gram flour, cumin seeds, turmeric, and salt.
Slowly add water while whisking to form a smooth, lump-free batter.
Cook the Chilla:
Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it thin like a pancake.
