Ingredients for Baati
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup ghee melted
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Warm water as needed
Ingredients for Chokha
- 1 large eggplant
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 2 medium potatoes boiled and peeled
- 4-5 garlic cloves
- 2 green chilies finely chopped
- 2 tbsp mustard oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander chopped
Instructions for Baati
Knead wheat flour, ghee, salt, and water into a firm dough.
Shape into balls and bake until golden brown.
Dip in ghee before serving.
Instructions for Chokha
Roast eggplant and tomatoes until charred.
Mash with boiled potatoes, garlic, and chilies.
Mix with mustard oil, salt, lemon juice, and coriander.
