Ingredients for Marinade
- 250 g paneer cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp kasuri methi
- 1 tbsp oil for brushing
Prepare the marinade by mixing yogurt, spices, and lemon juice.
Coat the paneer cubes with the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) and brush the paneer cubes with oil.
Air-fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Garnish with coriander and serve with chutney or raita.
- For extra flavor, add some extra garam masala or red chili powder to the marinade.
- Leftover paneer tikka can be stored in an airtight container and reheated in the air fryer for 3-4 minutes.
