Ingredients
  

Ingredients for Marinade

  • 250 g paneer cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp kasuri methi
  • 1 tbsp oil for brushing

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the marinade by mixing yogurt, spices, and lemon juice.
  • Coat the paneer cubes with the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) and brush the paneer cubes with oil.
  • Air-fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Garnish with coriander and serve with chutney or raita.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some extra garam masala or red chili powder to the marinade.
  • Leftover paneer tikka can be stored in an airtight container and reheated in the air fryer for 3-4 minutes.
